Tim Nies

Tim is a veteran of the U.S. Army’s elite Airborne Rangers and former insurance company lead trial attorney who has represented Fortune 500 companies. Tim is well-known in the community as a trial savvy and ardent trial attorney. Tim has the highest rating of “Superb” on AVVO.com. Tim loves to travel, including to Brazil, where his Wife was born. He traveled throughout Europe when he worked at the U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland. He is both an outdoor and indoor cycling addict. If not biking outdoors, he is on his Peloton bike or at his local indoor cycling studio. Tim and our attorney, Christian Van Riper, are both training for their first Triathlon this year in Key West, Florida.

Christian Van Riper

Christian is a former Florida Prosecutor who has litigated and tried the most complex cases. Christian surely knows his way around the courtroom. During law school, based on Christian’s skills and superior class standing, he was awarded a coveted internship with the Florida Supreme Court, where he worked with Supreme Court Justices on multiple noteworthy cases. Christian is a boating and fishing enthusiast. Several times each year, he boats over to the Bahamas with his Wife. He enjoys ocean swimming and biking. Christian is currently training, along with attorney Tim Nies from our firm, for their first triathlon this year in Key West.
