Sarah Senecal
Sarah is our firm’s senior paralegal. She has been working in the legal field in Florida for over 18 years. She joined Van Riper and Nies in 2010. Sarah’s duties include meeting with clients to obtain and index documents our attorneys are required to file bankruptcy petitions. Sarah uses her considerable litigation experience and superior customer service experience to help deliver outstanding results for our clients.
Sarah is a mother of two. She loves spending time with her family, boating, traveling, power walking and attending horseback riding events with her girls.

Sandra Skrzypiec
Sandra is an experienced and impassioned paralegal. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Indian River State College in 2019. Sandra assists the attorneys in preparing and filing bankruptcy petitions. She is known for her impressive multitasking skills and for helping individuals and families in transition by providing passionate support to the attorneys and the firm’s bankruptcy clients. Sandra assists clients by providing regular contact and updates on their bankruptcy cases. She stays late to make sure that our attorneys are prepared, and our clients are satisfied.
Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and participating in competitive racing events.
